PRODUCTS
Next Mailbox sells custom curbside mailbox posts. All products are made to order. Product images are representative; slight variations in wood grain and finish are normal and expected.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Payment is processed securely at checkout. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount.
SHIPPING
We ship within the continental United States. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
INSTALLATION DISCLAIMER
Our mailbox posts ship fully assembled. Installation (digging the hole and filling with concrete or soil) is the customer's responsibility. Next Mailbox is not liable for any damage resulting from improper installation. All installations must comply with local USPS regulations and municipal codes in your area.
USPS COMPLIANCE
Curbside mailbox installations must comply with USPS standards (Publication 508). It is the customer's responsibility to verify local requirements before installation.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including images, descriptions, and branding, is the property of Next Mailbox and may not be reproduced without written permission.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by Ohio law, Next Mailbox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product.
