ORDER PROCESSING
All Next Mailbox posts are custom-built to order. Please allow 7–14 business days for production before shipment. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

SHIPPING CARRIERS
We ship via UPS, FedEx, or freight carriers depending on the size and weight of your order. Carrier selection is at our discretion.

SHIPPING AREA
We ship within the continental United States only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or internationally.

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

FREIGHT SHIPMENTS
Larger mailbox posts may ship via freight carrier. For freight orders, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment. Refused deliveries may incur return shipping fees.

TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Use this number to monitor your delivery status on the carrier's website.

SHIPPING DAMAGE
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please note the damage with the carrier at time of delivery and contact us within 7 days at support@nextmailbox.shop with photos.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Next Mailbox is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes after an order is placed may not be possible once production begins.
