CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS
All Next Mailbox posts are built to order with your selected finish and house numbers. Custom-made items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@nextmailbox.shop with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, production may have already begun. Email support@nextmailbox.shop immediately to request a cancellation.
REFUND PROCESS
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once processed.
SHIPPING COSTS
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
